Event card

Your event card is laser engraved birch wood. The event cards have been supplied by Yurly in Ukraine for the last four years.

Each card has a unique QR code, which you can scan with a smart phone. Alternatively, simply hold the cards against your smart phone. The NFC chip will automatically load your online upload space. There is also an individual URL which can be typed into a browser.

2025 event lanyards are printed on fabric made from RPET recycled plastic bottles

Sticker sheets are made in Bristol by Stickerit.co. They are made from a sugarcane byproduct called bagasse + some hemp & linen, making this paper vegan and environmentally friendly. It's printed with certified compostable & vegan inks.

A bit about the images you take. All images need to be taken by you between 10am 7th June 2025 and 10am 8th June 2025. Images need to be taken in the same order subjects are published. You are free to edit your images.
